General Membership Meeting & Residency Showcase

Michael Murphy discussed what the Pharmacist Provider Status Bill HPhA aims to propose in the 2023 legislative session. He discussed what this will look like in Hawaii, how we compare to the rest of the United States, and actions that pharmacists can take to support the initiative.

Topics include an update on COVID vaccines, burn care, mental health for providers and gender affirming care. Due to the unfortunate cancellation of our General membership meeting last October, financial and legislative updates will also be covered. CE topics available for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. Did you have a really specific question but weren't sure who to ask? A panel of pharmacists will be accepting anonymous questions before the event. These questions are reviewed, and a panelist is identified to appropriately answer submitted questions.
